BRUCE H. HULME, CFE

NCISS LEGISLATIVE DIRECTOR

 

 



Bruce obtained his New York State Private Investigator's License in 1964 and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.  He is president of Special Investigations, Inc., in New York City.
 
Bruce Hulme is a Past President and Chairman of the Board, of the National Council of Investigation and Security Services, Inc. (NCISS) and the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State, Inc. (ALDONYS), and is a board member and Legislative Committee Chairman of both associations.  He was editor of the ALDONYS Spotlight for 14 years.  He serves on the board of the Society of Professional Investigators (SPI) and the New York City Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is both association’s legislative liaison.  He serves in a similar capacity as a board member of INTELNET. He represents private investigators as a board member of the International Association of Investigative and Security Regulators (IASIR).

Bruce has received the ALDONYS Investigator of the Year Award and the Eugene R. Fink Memorial Award. He was the 1996 Duffy Award recipient and the 1998 Wunder Award recipient from NCISS.
